Part I: The Upper Quadrant (a prerequisite for the Shoulder Release course) Using hands-on palpation, movement exercises, cadaver dissection videos, and group discussion, we will review the muscles, bones, joints, tendons, and ligaments of the forearm, arm, shoulder, and the thorax and neck as they relate to the shoulder. Along the way, we will introduce techniques for working with synergists, antagonists, joint and tendon reflexes.
