Applied Middleway Method Lessons are multi-modality, one-on-one training sessions designed specifically for you. Lessons may include practitioner-assisted movement, self-movement, discussion, gait assessment, exercise, meditation instruction, nutritional guidance, and more. Middleway Method practitioner training is an old-world apprenticeship – one student, one teacher. Pacing and content are personal, working with your strengths and expanding your capacities. Middleway apprentices are people with the strong motivation to promote community wellness through direct action and education.

Initial training is focused on developing touch sensitivity. Neuromuscular repatterning, reflexive and somatic techniques build your capacity to work directly with the processes of relaxation, activation, and proprioception. Training progresses into functional Anatomy, psycho-somatic applications, and clinical applications.
